Dishonest pricing and poor customer service This was my first and last time at this Pizza Nova location. I went in and asked for the Double Double Deal (2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings each for $25). I told the cashier I wanted all 4 toppings on one pizza and the other pizza plain. She said, “Sure, absolutely,” wrote the toppings down, and started entering it into the system. Then her owner came over, spoke to her in Persian, and took over the order. He entered it into the system and told me the total was $34 and change. I told him the deal is $25, and he said it was more because I had “more toppings.” I explained again that I was just combining the toppings from both pizzas onto one, exactly as the cashier had agreed. The cashier was also trying to explain this to him. He then changed it and said the total was $29.60. That’s still about $1.35 more than the advertised deal, but at that point I just paid. What really bothered me is that he did not give me the detailed receipt, only the credit card slip, which makes it feel like he knew exactly what he was doing. That extra $1.35 cost him much more in the long run: He lost me as a customer permanently. 1-star review that will stay online forever. And most probably a call from the franchise about this behavior. If you think you’re being clever by overcharging customers, you will eventually lose much more than you gain.
It’s a small pizza nova location There are a few seats for high top table The order through call centre and they did pretty good job on making the pizza with a general amount of toppings and balance of cheese It was a good experience for takeout, simple quick and good don’t forget the chilli oil and chilli flakes
Ordered a walk in special with pepperoni , chicken well done. I ordered regular crust and they literally stretched my crust to save dough that my crust was thinner than a thing crust.. not to mention the pepperoni wasnt even cooked and was literally still raw on the pizza. Pepperoni ususally has a crisp to it this one was literally like eating bologna. It took awhile to cook so im confused at to why it came out like this. i demand a refund for my purchase or I will report this further. Disgusting habit of robbing customers we pay for our pizza GIVE US OUR PIZZA do not try to rob our dough and toppings seriously! A pizza has cheese! They put cheese only in the spots where there arent any toppings. Pizza nova use to be a fav but in the past 2 years i noticed a decline because of the kind of employees working there. WE ALSO FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTOC UNDERNEATH A PEPPERONI
Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely perfect crust. Heaping with toppings. We’ll go out of our way for lunch at this location again. Great service too!
Ordered a large combo came in to pick it up guy gave me the wrong amount of change back and made me feel like I'm crazy then he realized his mistake and gave me my change back and also didn't give me dipping sauces which I paid for. May 6th, 2022
We ordered X Large 3 topping pizza. We got a paper thin pizza it was unreal. Please be warned as they use dough from Medium size to make it so thin and save on dough. We will Never again order from Pizza Nova. Worst experience and pure scam. Everyone be wanted and always ask them to use the correct size dough.
It is Pizza at all! You feel yourself hungry! Take a break and grab a slice you never forget the fresh toppings and the smiling staff. I am delightful to be there a couple of times and for all the time the welcoming environment and the welcoming staff had my hunger away even before the fist bite of the slice. Store has plenty of parking lot and the service is super-duper fast. The only thing missing is there is no enough dining room but it is OK since you already satisfied with the taste of pizza. Do not forget to stop by.
