I ordered delivery from the store last night and 1 item was not delivered. I didn’t notice. Twenty minutes later the delivery person knocked on the door with the missing item. Great Service! Would a delivery app provide this follow up? Try to deal directly with the merchant where possible.

I walked in with my partner tonight, the staff member at the counter was finishing up with another customer. That customer walked away and the staff member asked for my order. I ordered the walk-in special. Then without a word the staff member waived me off and motioned to the first customer who came back to order an additional slice. After that customer finished their transaction I placed my order again. The staff member punched it in then walked away to get the previous customers slices that were ready. Then the staff member returned, cleared the order and asked my partner what he would like. He replied “I’m with her” then the staff member turned to me and asked me what I want. At that point we walked out of the restaurant. What a waste of time.
It is really sad and disappointing their behavior ,my husband walked away n and asked them if they have any slice pizza ready but unfortunately their behavior was disgusting ,this is not customer service ,I ordered always from other location and I live close here but for sure i will never order from these people .
It took almost 40 minutes for me to get my pizza and all I ordered was a medium pizza. The pizza was so thin and all the toppings were falling off. Around 10 or so people came and left and we were still waiting for ours. I didn't like the service at all. I don't recommend.
If you are looking for a good pizza place I strongly recommend you check this guys out. Their pizzeria is well taken care of, has high food quality and the staff are well trained which always provides a service above and beyond. They have all standards you expect from a high-quality restaurant so I might say you are also going for an experience eating there... Hope this comment helps with the choice.
Just downed their Chicken Florentine Pesto Pizza for the first time and it seriously exceeded my expectations. Hands down that was blissfully delicious❤?. The delivery man was very nice too
