Loved Sign value! He is very responsive and easy to talk over my needs. Since I started my business years ago, I had Sign Value to print out all my necessary products. This year I moved to a new spot and I got new bimusiness card, coupon and even brochure printed out! I had a designer who i paid for separately but then I learned Sign Value offer much better services and prices. So I am going to get my design from them from now on. Thank you very reasonable price and especially once you become their loyal client and great communication on the works. I already recommend to my friends who own their own business.
I recently visited this store to have my business card designed and printed, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The owner’s attitude was unprofessional from the start—he spoke in a rude and dismissive manner, making the interaction uncomfortable. He paid little attention to details, without checking for even obvious errors. He also never confirmed the size unit when he noticed I forgot to mention it! As a result, the cards were printed in the wrong size. When I pointed this out, instead of taking responsibility, he insisted that I pay the full price, which I found extremely frustrating and unfair. Overall, the poor customer service, lack of care for quality, and refusal to address mistakes left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism, respect, and attention to detail.

I printed 6 pages for 75 cents but I didn’t have any changes and the owner (I guess) just said it’s ok and charged me 0. The staff is so friendly and nice!!!
