Avoid Lisa or Liza at all times, she is incredibly rude. If it wasn’t for the other associates I wouldn’t be able to get my label order! Shoutout to Denise. She was super helpful and attentive!
This is a very easy access office supply copy print shop. I come here regularly to get my documents printed and I use the self-serve it's very quick in and out.
The staffs need to be trained more. They’re doing a ok job but not professional. I had a super demanding customer in front of me and I was waiting for at least 15 minutes just for a ID photo taking but there were no other staff available. The guy let me took the photo first because he knew his son was gonna take at least another 10 mins. After taking the photo the staff kept serving the guy in front of me for another 10 mins without asking me to pay directly. It could literally take one minute for me to pay and go but he went back to that customer and had me wait another 10 minutes until I asked him if I can pay and get out this place.
Called the printing department at this location probably 5-6 times and no response. I understand it gets busy, so I still thought nothing of it and tried to connect with another department to speak to someone who can answer a simple yes/no question. EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT I called didn't answer the phone. And I tried to connect to ALL departments provided on the answering machine. In total, I easily called over 10 times in the span of hours to try to connect with someone, and absolutely nothing. Not a single employee is available to answer the phone? Looking at the reviews, this is clearly a reoccurring problem that has been happening for years.
Unethical Business strategy they are using. One word they are playing with words with the customers. Each employees has different rules. No one is clear to 1 strict rules. Be careful about what they are saying. If they are promising anything verbally please don't believe them. Try to take their words on paper. Then if they reject what they said, you could sue them. I have suffered but i don't want you guys to suffered. Be careful. The best advice is Shop other places instead of here.
There are few experiences so good, I need to immediately go on and leave a review. My experience today was that good with Staples' Print Center. Specifically, Nella was absolutely amazing. We explained an urgent situation and she helped us out and got the job done rushed. I cannot thank Nella and this location enough. 100% recommend the curb-side pickup.
The Copy and Print Centre customer service is absolutely horrible. I called ahead of time to ask how long it would take to print a poster and the guy said they would print it right away, so I planned my day based on that answer. However, when I got to the store the woman working there said it would take an hour and was incredibly rude. She did not take time to explain the type of paper they would print it on and did not confirm the size with me. In fact, they printed it the wrong size when I came back after an hour and then they printed a new one in minutes... I will definitely not be printing there again.
