Managed to get a quote, however that was it ... no one ever answered the phone, email or text message. I was told my order would be ready within 5 days, I sent them print ready files on a Monday which would indicate a Friday or Monday pickup/delivery. Well I guess someone deleted the files and no one bothered to respond to my emails asking if they had received the files okay. I canceled my order and had them printed by someone else. Very disappointed in the service, I would not recommend using them. I hope you have better luck than I did.
The worst experience ever. Order was not delivered. I spent hundreds of dollars and they refuse to give me a refund. No follow up, no update, no refund. Think twice before going to this company.

Why post your hour from 10:30 am when you're not even open? Came in today and waited till 11 am but the place was closed and called a few times but no answer. So unprofessional.
No point in advertising cheap prices on Kijiji when you don't want to do business at that price and ignore customers when they try to do business with you. I was asked to send a design which i did and was told will take 2 weeks to print due to covid (which is an excuse for everything these days, I got my cards printed elsewhere in 6 days). Then all my follow up emails were ignored and they never did the job for me. Please don't advertise cheap prices online just to attract customers and then completely ignore them. My experience with ID Images was horrible to say the least.
Absolutely fantastic service. Pleasure to deal with. They were eager to assist in an urgent matter. I highly recommend and will most definitely use them again. Very polite ! So rare today.
We are very happy with our experience with Godwin at TD Images! They were very clear with their offerings and suggested different options to suit our needs. We had a hiccup with our design not being printed properly, but Godwin was able to quickly redo the order and send it out promptly. The end result was fantastic and we are extremely satisfied with everything!
