More attitude than answers, and the car’s not the only thing stuck in 2020. I contacted this dealership about a 2020 Civic with a rebuilt title that’s been sitting on their lot for over 3 months. No documentation of repairs, no proof of OEM parts, no receipts, no info on who did the work — just a firm $15,000 price like they were selling a Mona Lisa painting, not a car lot. When I asked basic questions, I got vague answers and the kind of confidence you’d expect from someone selling something a lot better than what was in front of me. It’s almost impressive. Must be nice to price like you’re running a private auction… without the demand. I offered $11k cash. Generous, considering the branded title and lack of transparency. But apparently, they’re not selling cars — just emotionally attached to them. If the goal was to hold the record for “longest time on AutoTrader without blinking,” they’re well on their way. They won’t budge on price — but don’t worry, the car isn’t budging off the lot either. If you enjoy overpaying for mystery boxes with salvage history and no paperwork, maybe you’ll love it here. Everyone else? Look elsewhere. This isn’t a dealership — it’s a waiting room for regret. I’m leaving this review because I can already see how someone less informed could fall for the pitch. And that’s exactly the problem — when a business survives on half-truths and vague answers, it’s not just shady, it’s dangerous. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind — do yourself a favour and walk away. This isn’t just a bad deal. It’s a dealership that shouldn’t exist in the first place. The experience all the way around was excellent. Vehicle was amazing they went above and beyond their way to keep us happy. They were kind. They were accommodating and punctual and very welcoming. My next vehicle will only be purchased through them. You will not be disappointed if you do any type of business with this company!
