I purchased Plywood shutters for my whole house excluding the basement in 2009. I purchased them from Amazing Window Fashions. At the time I was concerned with potential moisture issues with putting the shutters in our bathroom, that has both a shower and bathtub. Fast forward 16 years, I can tell you I am 100 % happy with the shutters. They have not warped, chipped or discoloured. In fact they look brand new !! One of my shutters just needed an adjustment after 16 years. Alex came over and made the adjustment for a nominal cost. I was 100 % happy with the initial sales and installation experience, and I am equally 100% with the after sales service I just experienced. Thank you Alex !
