I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service , from placing the order to completing the installation . The pricing is fair and transparent , and efficency and punctuality are the hallmarks of their service . Their customer service is second to none , and I highly recommend this business .
I had a damaged blind that was not purchased through Sun Shades. Sent photos of the fabric to several companies, Sun Shades was the only one that could identify the fabric. Dan came with the sample, it matched, he took the blind out of the casing and one week later installed the new one. No mess, so efficient. Compared to the other companies, the price was right.
Excellent customer service and beautiful blinds. Neda helped us out and she was so knowledgeable and offered amazing advice. Initially we had gone to a competitor blinds store before coming here and had the worst experience ever that we ended up canceling our order. When we found this store, it was like night and day. The person that came to install our blinds (I think his name was Mike?) was such a pro too and was so kind and installed our new blinds with ease. Just an amazing store and experience all around here. You won’t be disappointed!

Our experience was with Angie @ Sun shades in Vaughan.. my husband and I had just purchased a home and were so excited to have the blinds put in throughout. Angie was super patient with us and helped us select the most beautiful dual shades that we now have installed in over 15 windows of our home! Sun Shade Windows acquired the company I've used to install my window coverings for the past 10 years. The sales associated responded and suggested a time to meet in person and I confirmed the time suggestion. Unfortunately she didn't show up and said she didn't get my email. I don't understand why a company would use hotmail for email. Sadly, this is the second time has happened with this company. 10 years ago I experienced a similar thing. Fortunately I've since found a new company for my window coverings.
After researching online we decided on Hunter Douglas Blinds which had the product we wanted and the best warranty. The 2nd and more important decision we made was where to get them from. After a great referral from my sister-in-law and some more research on-line we decided to go to Sun Shades Window Fashions. From the customer service we got from Mira in the store to the installation from Mike we can say we have been very happy all around. Great people to deal! There was a couple of very small issues when the blinds were installed, a slight imperfection from the manufacturer, which they immediately made right with a 2nd visit. They were happy to do it! Overall, a great experience and I know if there are any issues down the road they have already shown me that they’ll be here right away to honour the warranty. Great job everyone!
