Went to woodbridge location for advice on condo blind selection. We met with Rose. Rose showed us some products bases on the application. Instantly we were convinced to go with the vertical selection. What's more is that Rose compared colour and patterns and within minutes helped us make our decision. Me and my wife were so pleased in the customer service we received from Rose, especially when it was almost closing time she ensured we were satisfied with the product choice. The follow up coordination with installation and any questions we had were handled as well as was installation itself. The order was completely installed in the time given at purchase. thanks to Rose we had a good experience at Blinds to Go woodbridge

Blinds are good. Installation is satisfactory but they didn’t inform me at the time of purchase that they will charge to remove and discard my old blinds. That was not a big issue but the most unprofessional thing they did is not to provide me a charger for the control stick. I asked the installation guy, he said that he will drop the charger later. He didn’t. Then I called the customer care department, they said they have asked the store and they will give us the charger but it’s over a month and I don’t have a charger. Now I don’t know if control stick will stop working what will I do. My order number was 384504
