Customer service is absolutely terrible, the old ladies working here were so unhelpful. I asked for help and one just ignored me and kept walking and the other one pretended to look for a size but left and just stared at me from afar No customer care at all. Everyone working here seemed tired and so rude. Regarding the clothing quality, is good, never had issues with their clothes and I really like them. But the customer service made the experience zero enjoyable and I didn’t want to keep buying because of their unprofessional service. My mom did try clothes but no one helped her, she waited to be directed to fitting room but had to go herself cause no one helped.
They are always so friendly and professional, always helping me to find what I need and what’s look better on me , I really appreciate that cause it’s like a second eye for me. . They have a great collection for all occasions.
Sales woman was very helpful, and went out of her way to find what I was looking for. Other associates helped even though they would not get the commission. Pleasant experience
Nice clothes, and a large selection is what keeps me coming back. The customer service is appalling. They are rude, follow you around, as soon as you touch something they're on you. If you actually need help or have questions, you get serious attitude, and they often speak in their own language amongst eachother, which frankly makes me uncomfortable. I just made a return of one white blouse this week. The cashier searched every last fibre of that top to ensure it wasn't worn- tags were on it and it was still in the original tissue that the cashier wrapped it in. Unreal. Hate the experience every time, like the clothes. It's a struggle shopping here.
Went in the store to shop for a gift for a family member, upon going to the petite side of the store which is the side I needed I was told by a worker that I need to go to the other side of the store because this side definitely wouldn’t fit me. Two other staff members were also following me around the whole time I was there. All staff were unpleasant and definitely won’t be going back. I do not recommend this store as they fat shame people
Finally a place with some dresses that are nicely designed. I don't know why so many stores bother putting out such hideous designs that just hang on the shelves like people wanna buy some flimsy floral table cloth of a dress with a million colours instead of putting out quality designs with a variety of individual colours to choose from. Its been forever that I have been looking for a nice dress! In Laura I found 3 dresses I immediately loved and 2 of them were affordable! Way to go Laura!
