And to Josie, even though it was close to closing time she encouraged me to try on the new boots. Thank you for being hospitable even though it was snowing outside and close to 8:00. Customer service at its best!
I had a difficult time exchanging a dress I purchased online on September 6. I went to the store on September 13th and the cashier, Alona, insisted that my dress was final sale, and I could not return it. I told her my order confirmation did not indicate “final sale” and per the website FAQs, the price did not end in 0.97. I came home and was able to confirm on the Return Portal that I was eligible to return the dress by October 6th. Given the current labour dispute with Canada Post, I opted to return the dress to the nearest store. I printed my return confirmation. I called the Woodbridge store on Sunday, and spoke to Alona again. I told her I had the return email and my order was eligible for return. She said to bring it in and her manager would look at it. At the store, I was told by both Alona and the store manager that I was not eligible for a return and that the dress was marked down to $39.97 for final sale. So I can see there is an error in your system somewhere, and I pointed out that I bought the dress when it wasn’t on final sale. I bought the dress for $89.95, marked down to $49.98, extra 40% off bringing my dress to $23.98. My dress was clearly eligible for return but both the cashier and store manager insisted that I was incorrect, and they would process my return as an exception! I found they were quite condescending and rude to me, and I will not be returning to this store again.
It is so convenient to order on-line knowing I can go up to Newmarket if anything needs to be exchanged or returned; staff here are so kind and helpful
Rita and Ella at the Vaughan location are absolutely fantastic!! Rita is an eagle-eyed angel who can take one look at you and tell you exactly what size you need, and give you wonderful suggestions about styles for your specific need or occasion. I generally truly dread clothes shopping, but these two ladies made this a very pleasant and really fun experience! I am also absolutely thrilled with my purchases!
Although I didn't find an outfit that was ideal for the occasion, the store was very clean and organized. Shantay was extremely helpful and went above and beyond customer service expectations. I will be back for regular shopping.
Needed shoes for a wedding in a few weeks. I have a disability and finding comfortable shoes is a nightmare. The ladies at this location were very helpful took their time with me and bingo! I have shoes for the event that are so comfy, like slippers. Price was very good also!
The clerks at this location on Sept 12 went above and beyond to help me find a suitable outfit, from advice on sizing to looking up what the weather would be during my event. Bless these lovely young ladies.
