Nice store and beautiful, good quality clothes. Three stars because I found the associates to be a bit pushy. They must be on commission or some kind of incentive and it ruined the shopping experience for me. It's a huge store with a lot to look at and I was asked every 10 minutes if anyone was helping me, including 4 times by the same woman in different areas of the store. I'm between sizes and wanted to try different sizes and styles and felt like the associate helping me wanted me to shop her way with only a few items at a time. The lights in the fitting rooms are also so bright and hot that it just wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped.
Laura is a lovely women’s clothing store with a great selection of stylish outfits. The quality is excellent, and there are options for both casual and formal wear. The staff are helpful and polite, making shopping here an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Laura for anyone looking for fashionable women’s clothing!
I recently visited this Laura location to look for a dress for a family wedding. I tried on several dresses, but the one I liked the most was unavailable in my size in store. The sales associate told me that the size was available online and could be shipped to my home. She assured me (a few times) that if it did not fit, it could be returned for a store credit or gift card. When the dress arrived and it didn't fit, I called the store to find out if I could use the gift card/store credit for the returned dress, at their associate store, Melanie Lynne, if I saw a dress there. The person on the phone told me that because the price I paid was more than 50% off, it was a final sale - no store credit or gift card. I was extremely shocked and very upset as I had been told I could return it for a store credit/gift card. I never would have made the purchase if there was not a return option, even for a store credit or gift card. Sales associates need to know the store policy before giving consumers inaccurate, costly information. I had to spend an additional $100 to have the dress altered, since I was unable to return it for a store credit/gift card. This was a disappointing shopping experience, to say the least!
I spent a good amt of time in the store and was walking out with 3 evening dresses. Not cheap at all. So apparently 2 dresses were on sale meaning I can’t exchange or return it. All I wanted is reassurance I can go home and try it again with my shoes on and if it’s not good then return it. The mirrors in the store are horrible so you can’t objectively see yourself. But no, no returns or exchange even if , like I proposed, return later today. Oh well, Laura. I guess you have too many customers and doing great in this economy to lose customers. I’m so disappointed I’m not planning to come back. And you just lost a sale of three dresses (over 400$). Very few customers in the store so I guess you can spare yet another one
Do not buy from Laura stores if you're not planning to get your money back! I know its their new return policy however, i don't think a $280 bill being refunded on giftcard is right! This is robbery for real. I will not come back to Laura again.
Terrible management. My friend and I came in here the other day. We were trying clothes on and the ladies would take away things we didn’t want. IN FRONT OF OUR FACES I could hear them body shaming us. Absolutely revolting. Don’t support an establishment like this.
Love this store. It's big and they have lots of stock. Sales were great. Staff need to be more attentive on the floor. I read staff reviews must have been an off morning.
