Maryam b is very proffesional and talented stylist .She helped me find a beutifull dress that suits me very well .She matched it with a bag and accessories that looked so elegent together.Best sales associate in the entire mall.
Maryam or Maria is the WORST employee EVER be careful shopping with her. She would do anything to get a sale and her commission. she lied to my mom that she can return her purchase within 30 days but then when my mom wanted to return her items, she told Her she never said that, and she didn't accept her return, and she can only do store credit. Even though my mom asked her multiple times that She's 100% sure she can return them because they are a gift that is why my mom decided to make a purchase of close $400. And today when my mom wanted to return them, she told my mom that she never said that to her When clearly she did, but she didn't want to lose her commission and all her coworkers were also laughing at the back because They knew what she was trying to Pull off.
I went yesterday inside the store I was just looking around a lady insisted I try some dresses I was so uncomfortable she kept pressuring me and kept saying open the door so I can zip up your dress and yanking on the door handle so many times to the point I got irritated with her. I never asked her for help and I felt so uncomfortable being there it’s like please leave the shoppers alone unless people ask for your help. I will never go back it was such a bad experience .
The collection is good, I also got a dress from them. Yet this review is for the staff, the one at the cash counter. For she was extremely judgmental, disrespectful and rude.
Maria … claims she is manager when I asked to speak to manager but she is the assistant manager .. EXTREMELY RUDE I’m very displeased with the service .. if u ever have an issue the actually manager is called Mireilla
I have been shopping at this chain since 2004 and always enjoyed it but over the last 4 years the service at this location has been so terrible I will avoid going here unless I absolutely have no choice. Staff are always chatting behind the counter and never acknowledge me, when I ask for a fitting room they make you feel like you’re bothering them and asking for too much, they do not help you with sizes or suggest other options. Whenever something is hanging where I cannot reach it I have to keep interrupting the staff chatting and feel like I am not wanted in the store. I can’t believe they have stayed in business for so long. Don’t you need sales to pay the rent and salaries?
This review goes out to a spectacular lady called Maria that was very patient and helpful with me. I am a very picky shopper with a borderline plus size body and Maria was very understanding and pleasant with me while I drove her crazy. I will most definitely shop at that store again and make sure Maria is working that day.
