We recently needed to purchase appliances for our new home's kitchen and laundry room, and spent over half a month visiting numerous appliance stores around Toronto to consult and negotiate prices. We ultimately chose to buy from Best Brand Appliance, despite the fact that it’s nearly a one-hour drive from our home. The reason for this choice was the exceptional service provided by their salesperson, Henry Guan, who is not only highly responsible and knowledgeable but also very humble. We highly recommend this salesperson to others for the following reasons: 1. Expertise: During the selection process, we spent a significant amount of time researching various brands. Henry was able to answer all our questions with ease and provided practical recommendations based on our needs. 2. Fair Pricing: After comparing the deals we received from various stores, Henry offered us the best one. 3. Excellent After-Sales Service: We purchased appliances from the Wolf brand, which has specific installation requirements. To accommodate these, we had to make considerable efforts to ensure everything went smoothly. Henry provided us with a lot of assistance in this regard, diligently following up even during his days off. His dedication was impressive. 4. Smooth Communication: Henry is fluent in both English and Chinese, and is comfortable communicating via phone or WeChat. This made working with him a pleasant experience. We ended up purchasing all our kitchen and laundry room appliances from this store, and the experience was excellent. I recently purchased my Sub-Wolf-Cove kitchen appliances from Best Brand. Hands down the BEST service in town!! Marla, Sammy and team took such excellent care of us and honestly made us feel like rockstars. They treat the process much like buying a new car, and made sure to explain to us the nuances between models and brands in a way that made sense to us (we were getting so lost trying to do the research on our own!) We even changed our order a few times, and Marla was quick to answer our calls and make changes without any friction or added cost. You can tell how much they care about making their clients happy, and I am so glad we went with Best Brand vs. any other reputable GTA show room. 10/10.

It's been 8 years since we first purchased an appliance package at Best Brand and dealt with Marc Azulay. His service was awesome. We went back now for appliances for our new build house and Marc helped us again. Nothing has changed. Marc was amazing to deal with.
