I was very frequent buyer with them but they always some issues with commitment and products stop working right after the first 12 months when manufacturers warranty over 1- I purchased about 5 set of appliances in last 6 years for my different investment property all product claimed brand new , but I have common issue with stove stove burners stop working for two of my properties in first year 2- they never make delivery on time , poor delivery commitment 3- I have two fridges sold as boxed pack but when they delivered have some dent but they request me to keep because labour work is already done and they will address issue later but they never contacted me back

Vanshika was extremely helpful as we were trying to purchase new appliances for our house. Walking through various things to consider and then providing us with the extremely competitive pricing! Zero customer service , do not know how to greet specially the boy I don’t know his name , he thinks he is in India where people can tolerate his rude behaviour, bro we are in Canada where we have rule of law, if we have grading in minus , I will choose that unfortunately I have to give him 1 at least, never going to visit and educate my friends not to visit over there.
