Huge selection of appliances, very helpful staff. Enough parking space in a very quiet area. Never thought it would be such a big warehouse of appliances so close to our place. Though I could not get a Panasonic microwave model that I was looking for, but got up-to-date information about it, which helped me take the final decision of what to buy.

If anyone is thinking of buying appliances from this company please know that your appliance will break in 2 months and they will take forever to fix it.
This company is a NIGHTMARE to work with. No one responds, the deliveries are delayed, there’s no one who will update you, everyone is trying to pass the blame, the calls get disconnected, false information is passed on, some of the staff is extremely rude. And you’ll end up not having your appliances for an unlimited time. Stay away if you can! We’re stuck with them as our builder’s voucher was with them, or I would never recommend this company!!
I am very disappointed with your service. The electrical appliances I originally ordered were all delivered on March 16th, but only the refrigerator was delivered. However, the delivery person said that the refrigerator was too large and returned it. The second time, the same delivery person was unwilling to try and returned it. I asked them to leave the refrigerator and put it on the first floor for me. I spent $220 to have it lifted by someone else. Why can anyone else lift it up? Why can't you lift it up? When I bought it, your sales force forced me to buy it. I wanted to buy something from another brand and wouldn't let me buy it. Then my other electrical appliances were delivered to me on March 28th, despite my repeated emphasis, but they didn't help me install them? I bought a building without installing it? "This day has caused me too much inconvenience. There is no refrigerator, my food is broken, and there is no washing machine to wash my clothes."
