I have been a customer at 77 Auto Parts for three years now, usually ordering parts from them to work on cars throughout high-school. They are amazing at making sure that not only are the parts delivered, but that you are content with the delivery. Roughly a year ago, I began working at my family business, KTC CANADA INC, which has a warehouse in their plaza, thus making it was easier to just walk in rather than to get it delivered. Walking into the store, I was greeted and offered assistance. I was helped to the power steering fluid which I came in for, and I was in and out within less than three minutes, and was not only satisfied by the customer service, but the low price as-well. Never a dull moment with the staff, and I thank them for being so helpful. Glad to be your guys’ neighbour!
Top notch service here, but above that, knowledgeable. Always able to figure out what parts I'm looking for even when I can't figure out the proper names for it. Prices are fair, and service is quick. Every part I've got so far has been ready to pick up either same day or the next morning, which is pretty damn fast. Such a blessing that I live so close to this place and I'll keep coming back as long as my truck keeps needing to be fixed.
