I parked in front of his store to go into the building and he came out talking about the liquidation across the street. Now I went to see what this liquidation is about (thanks for the info). Sorry but the parking lot is half empty and you’re mad about a few spots? Then proceeded to yell at his employee in front of me. He even told me his company owned the whole lot…. When there’s other business’ in the building?
Mark and the whole crew are friendly and great to deal with, got the special part I needed without any issue, and they even checked the box contents to ensure when I got home everything was there! Thanks Mark and the rest of the crew! Lou Whitby.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a part for my car and it was entered wrong in the system. Instead of the employee apologizing or admitting to their error, the employee was rude and unprofessional when speaking to me. Never going back there again. Highly DON'T reccomend and I would give it 0 stars if I could.
These guys are amazing!!! We were heading back home to Belleville when we broke down on Jane St. In Concord. We broke down at 3:39pm. I called the auto part shop and asked if they would deliver an alternator to the location we broke down. Sure enough they did and arrived within 10 minutes. They were very pleasant and professional about it. The driver brought our alternator after I realized I would also need a battery. The driver ended up driving back to get us a battery after already driving to us once for the alternator. They didn't even charge us for delivery. To top it off they were also cheaper than Canadian Tire. I highly recommend these guys!!! If I lived in the area I would definitely use them again! Thank you!
