I was a client for the store and we had a good relation, but the father attitude is really bad and instead of solving the problem he ask me back how did it break and this item couldn’t break like that no way and is not under warranty since I just install it less than 2weeks and had the client car tow to the shop. He won’t be having my business in the future
The owners kids are sweet and understanding. Father on the other hand was completely useless and rude. They gave me the wrong part for my car and then he goes “maybe it was the supplier that put the wrong piece” well who else would it be Waste of time honestly, go somewhere else so you don’t have to hear this grumpy old man! Wouldn’t even accommodated properly.
