The customer service at PartSource Vaughan is absolutely terrible. The employee(Amritpal)was rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked both knowledge and willingness to help. Instead of providing assistance, She acted dismissive and made the entire experience frustrating. It’s shocking that someone with such a poor attitude is dealing with customers. I will never return to this store and strongly advise others to avoid it.
Turns out, it's the same place Canadian Tire orders parts from. I ordered my calipers, picked them up next day. Very cordial people. I'd recommend this as a good place for auto parts.

The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help, guiding me through their wide selection of auto parts—variety of options, from brakes to batteries, which was impressive for my DIY project. The store is easily accessible, right off Jane Street, with plenty of parking spaces, making it a breeze to get in and out. Inside, it’s well-organized, with clear signage for parts like filters and engine oil, so I found what I needed quickly. They even offer handy in-store services like battery testing and wiper installation, which saved me time. That said, it’s not perfect. I noticed they were a bit understaffed during my visit, so I had to wait a few minutes for assistance despite the friendly service. This minor hiccup keeps it from a 5-star review, but I’d definitely return for their convenience and selection.
Bought a lug nut from them 4 months ago. This is what it looks like after the winter. Cheap parts for inflated prices. Payed something like 12 bucks for 2. Ridiculous
Nightmare experience - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Parts Source was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, this was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. I purchased a windshield wiper from them that included a free install (BIG MISTAKE) which led to their employee cracking my windshield. Instead of taking immediate responsibility for their mistake, the staff on site gave me the runaround, refused to properly address the situation, and made it incredibly difficult to get any help. I had to escalate the issue all the way to head office just to get someone to listen. This escalation process took time out of my day and it was extremely demoralizing to deal with their incompetent staff who claimed I was responsible. It should not take multiple complaints and hours of wasted time just to get a business to own up to damaging a product they were responsible for. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service at this location was SHOCKING. I wish I read the reviews of this store before I came in or even listened to my intuition. Instead, I decided to trust PartSource as they are a part of Canadian Tire whom I have purchased happily from before. From this experience, I will never trust Parts Source with any purchase again — and based on how poorly they handled this situation, I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.
Horrible, Literally Horrible. Staff’s great and friendly but Management is completely horrible, the markups on the products are crazy. Met few of the drivers from this store and they hate working there cause they get yelled at for their poor management
I bought 4 rotors for my Acura RDX last November, but my car caught fire and I never used them. I returned them in July, eight months later, and was surprised when the cashier said they’d process a credit. I didn’t ask for a receipt and was pleased to get a refund. However, the credit never appeared on my card. When I returned to the store, they said they couldn’t help because usually the credit get processed with a receipt and signature. It seems someone at the store stole my parts and scammed me out of $430. I’m more upset about this than losing my car.
