We had a lot of fun tobogganning and fooling around in the deep snow. There also is a very nice skating area, where a lot of people of different ages enjoyed that speedy activity. Then we went to see ice pancakes on the lake Ontario. It was beautiful!!!
At the Fantasia Event Hall, I celebrated my birthday. The restaurant told me they would have five songs I requested, but they only made a promise and didn't follow through. My guests stood up to sing me a happy birthday song when the waitress brought out my cake, but the singer didn't give them the opportunity to do so. As a result, my 18th birthday turned into the party where you don't get a birthday song, and all hopes of having the best birthday were dashed. I was angry at the end of the night and also angry with myself for having trusted them. I also captured how they love stealing items from tables. If I had chance I would give them -1 star.
Amazing restaurant with great service, delicious food an nice music. Thank you for a great evening!!! Definitely will come again. I would highly recommend Fantasia Event Hall to everyone!!!
We have to attend our friends wedding.... 1. Shortage of food : It wasn't enough food per person. Every food plate has a portion per person . If you have a table of 10 people, you have to put 10 pieces of every dish. It was only 5- 6. 2. Customer service: Our waitress had inappropriate appearance for a wedding , unprofessional attitude and poor communication skills. She was wearing a casual cargo pants and a green shirt with flowers. She was avoiding any conversation. Drinks were served warm. No ice. We had a hard time to get water for our table. At the end when guests came back to their tables to get some water all their glasses were gone even with alcohol.
