I attended a wedding with my family and while the food was great, the experience was ruined by someone named Noor. Instead of doing his job, he was blatantly staring at women the whole time, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. I even asked the groom’s brother if he was a guest, but he told me Noor actually works there. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Very disappointed.
Hi, I attended a party at this banquet not too long ago and I must I’m very disappointed. While the venue it self was beautiful because of how the host decorated. The washrooms were disgusting. Looks as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and to also add there is one 2 working washrooms for woman. This is extremely disappointing and left the night with woman waiting in lines to go in. Please fix your washroom. Thanks
We had an amazing experience working with Noor. He is easy to work with, flexible, recommended great vendors and put in a lot of time and effort into our event. He definitely knows what he’s doing and will take care of all your needs. I’d highly recommend this banquet hall to anyone. Make sure you ask for Noor!
I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Very beautiful venue and professional staff. Noor was very helpful in answering all our questions and accommodated our lower guest count and took care of everything. The venue and the menu cost were very reasonable.
We had our wedding ceremony at Lazzurra and everything was so seamless and well coordinated. I dealt with Noor who was honestly very pleasant to deal with and very professional. He accommodated us and made sure to come through with everything we discussed. Thank you for making sure our special day was perfect!!
Overall, it was an incredible experience. The hall itself was beautiful, and Noor was truly outstanding. We hosted a mixed Arab-Pakistani event, and he went above and beyond to ensure both cultures were respectfully represented while maintaining the highest standards throughout.
