This hall was not the best experience. The communication was inconsistent. Prices and what was being included seemed to change consistently up until the event. Our team ended up cleaning the hall the night before our event and setting up. We walked into dirty tables, used table clothes on the tables and on the ground, filled and half empty cups around. We were told that there were not enough glasses for 80 people. It was just chaos. Our team was able to get the place looking good and smelling good but over all. I would not recommend this place even if it’s for a small event.
The service at [victoery hall ] was simply top-notch! Every staff member was polite, efficient, and genuinely cared about making our event perfect. The hall was beautifully decorated, and the hospitality exceeded all expectations. I would definitely choose this place again for future celebrations!- a speciallllll thank to Mr. Pavi and also Harsh they r the best and very professional. Couldn’t ask for more my forever party hall .
The management at Viceroy Banquet Hall really needs training because right now they provide only bad service, their staff behave was bad, every request had delay service, the high price is outrageous, and it honestly felt like they tried to scam my money with their rude service.
they advertise it as a modern, technologically advanced venue that can host many people for weddings and corporate events, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare the bad service ruined my entire function, the staff behave was bad and very unprofessional, they caused a huge delay service during dinner, and for the high price I paid they clearly did not have skill to manage such an event.
The washrooms are extremely dirty to the point that you can’t use it at all. Unfortunately I had to use the washroom since there was no other options, I puked, it was my brother wedding and my night was ruined.
I hosted our weddings here 10 years ago .there is definitely new management and owners. My last experience was nothing like my 1st . Cleanliness of place was terrible. Some staff have no hygiene Attention to details completely missing. Threw out the night we kept finding dishes crusty with food under the plate mostly ,but also on top. Water and ice directly from tap ice just sitting in sink. Water falls full of dirty water,witnessed staff adding floor cleaner to make it smell better creat foam lol. Way understaffed Behind bar area was disgusting and dirty (looked like it was never cleaned) Would not recommend at all. Especially if you are expecting a high-end service. Positives: staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. Great location. Plenty of parking.
Viceroy Banquet Hall is a Great venue for small parties to Big wedding gatherings. Conveniently located, we had a great time and great memories from my Nephew’s wedding party Organized here . Very Modern Facility with Modern Taste of lightings , Screens and the Stagings. It has a very appealing entrance which pleases minds of every guest entering to this venue. Management is very helpful and cooperative from the time the party is booked to the date and helped us with our numerous needs . I strongly recommend Vice Roy Banquet for your next wedding Party destination.
