Exceptional service top quality alteration and dry clean... Immediate service provided . Definately worth the visit . I will always come back. The lady at the counter always has a nice smile and very friendly. I give a 5 star.
Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Do not come here. If you’re reading this, take your clothes else where. It’s not about the money you spent, it’s about the clothes they will ruin. Owner has zero accountability or responsibility. They have a major quality issue, they should be reported to whichever authority monitors this service.
The old lady working here is super nice. However the owner is extremely rude. The owner made me double paid for a jacket or else she would deduct the $$$ from the worker. The mistake was at the owner but she refuse to accept her mistake. I would never take my clothes to this kind of owner/business again
This place used to be okay. Recently the quality dropped and the service was quite disappointing. I had a few batches of dress shirts for regular cleaning and dry cleaning. The ironing was so bad that I had to redo it myself. When I took the picture and showed it to the staff, they just simply ignored it and suggested a higher price for manual ironing. Yesterday when I took back my dry-cleaned suits, one side of the sleeve was dirty. When I called the store, the staff just told me to come and see the owner another day. Obviously this place doesn't recognize the quality issue they have, and doesn't know how to provide customer service.
