Ordered flooring 2 years ago it never arrived , was promised they would refund been chasing them since to get my money back over 20k and yet to hear from them. Countless emails and promises yet to hear back.
Stay as far away from these people as you can. Unfair business practices. But don’t listen to me. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating… yup, it’s an F.

My floor is gorgeous!! I ordered Fuzion Northern Retreat Desert Rose and Sherry was able to get it quickly and arrange the installation within a few weeks. Floor installer Duran is highly skilled! He did a precise demo around existing kitchen cabinets and he and his hard-working brothers expertly installed new flooring throughout 2 levels of the home. Exceptional attention to detail!
Fantastic service and installation!! From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Chestnut Flooring. Sherry was an absolute pleasure to deal with!! She is knowledgeable, organized and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the project was handled flawlessly. After purchasing the engineered hardwood, Sherry arranged for accurate measurements to be taken. A gentleman named Johnny not only completed the measurements with precision but also took the time to consider and explain details such as trim and transition pieces. The installation is immaculate and was completed in a day and half. The installers Abdiel Duran and Yizzrel Duran were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They could not have done a better job!! The quality of the hardwood and workmanship is unbeatable!! A big thank you to the entire team at Chestnut Flooring!
