Dangerous, rude and inconsiderate company driver! Today on Bayfeild Street in Barrie, this company's driver stopped partly down the on ramp onto the 400 hwy to pick some people up from the side of the road and then turned around and drove the wrong direction back up to Bayfeild Road, cutting me off as he entered Bayfeild Street. I honked the horn so he wouldn't hit me and then he aggressively cut in front of me and slammed on his brakes. I had to slam on my brakes so hard I thought I hit the back of him. All of this happened with a new born in my vehicle and a person with extreme special needs. Once he was stopped at the red light ahead, I pulled up beside him (to turn right) and opened my window and told him that I had vulnerable people in my vehicle and that I was going to call the police and he just started yelling at me. He not only jeopardized the safety of my passengers but his passengers as well. Doesn't look good on the company to have people like this driving their vehicles around this way especially since all of the company information is on the van. (see photo) I will be reporting this to the police and hopefully this guy will be charged with more than one driving offense. Your time is not more important than anybody else's, and you certainly do not have the right to put anybody's safety in danger. And by the look of his bumper, it looks like this is his regular driving habit. Stay clear of this company, this isn't the first review regarding their driving!
Worst company ever …Got the hardwood flooring installed and they installed powder post beetle infested wood plank and within a year infestation got spread ..They sent someone in the name of inspection who had no clue and he assumed the insects would have come from backyard which is utter nonsense …..and they denied any warranty saying insect infestation is not covered ….What they don’t know is these infestations doesn’t happen overnight and it takes an year to spread …..I would say STAY AWAY from them to avoid mental trauma…
Great overwhelming selection of hardwood flooring. Richard educated us through the wood types, sizes and types of flooring. His explanation on the "engineered flooring and application " was appreciated. It does come down to the overall look and colors. There are a lot of Ontario and Quebec manufacturers & suppliers in his samples. Graciously, we were given the option to borrow a few samples to bring home to look at in the space where it is going into. Thank you! It was a good overall experience.
"I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the flooring installed by Weston flooring in my recently purchased house in Dundalk from Flato development. The tiles and grouting are in terrible condition, which is frustrating for me. I feel angry with Flato's development and Weston flooring for the poor condition of my house. Even after waiting for a long time to get the floor tiles fixed, there has been no response or communication from them."
Had the unfortunate displeasure of having to communicate with two of the female staff from upstairs who would normally be confined in the back. This was because nobody else was around this afternoon on a weekday during regular business hours…They were quite harsh and had no patience, especially the blonde woman who was not only rude to me, but her other coworker during all of this. She told me to go wait outside in -15 temperatures for the sales rep who apparently wasn’t in the building when I already had the day and time of this appointment confirmed. They claimed they were closed and tried hurrying me out. This spectacle now helps in my understanding of why these two would under normal circumstances be caged upstairs away from customers. Customers who in this case had already spent over $6k on floors.
Communication was poor and when I did get a call back the sales rep was sassy and not helpful acted like she could find the replacement that I would need, but took hours apart to reply which in this 2-3 day span I could of been working on finding it myself, not to mention not even being able to talk to someone when I initially call I get told to leave my name n number and the rep doesn’t even book the appointment when she calls just says she has a busy day n she will find it and doesn’t, wasting a lot of time and this makes it much difficult for me to communicate seeing that my appointment wasn’t booked and you guys are busy 24/7 when your doors open .
I tried to book an appointment and even left a detailed message that how much of a specific products i need to purchase but they did not return my call.
