This place is a shop stop! They are so efficient and help you with everything. I’m so indecisive and they led me on the right path and helped me pick everything. Dylan was so patient with me. Wow, that is quite the reply and I am trying to find some truth in it. Firstly, Rhonda was in your store, yes live and in person, in her wheelchair. Gurpreet had no issues in saying that this floor is great for wheelchairs and my family was there to hear this. The damaged tiles are in a very small area, comparatively, as there is no damage to the entire floor, the foyer or the extension in our kitchen. The inferior installation is responsible for this very limited area. If the wheelchair was the cause, how do you explain or rationalize perfect tiles in other heavily travelled areas. You cannot. Stop putting the responsibility on Next Floor. You have allowed this delay to continue. Let's not forget that this is a third repair. Please read the report commissioned by Next Floor as the mention of a wheelchair is cursory at best and the last page of the expert report clearly states that "these are installation related issues" I am also trying to get my head around your customer service comment. You do not respond to phone calls, messages live or recorded. Customer service is not a descriptor I would use for GTA Flooring. Nav and Mandy are either never in or are laughing at us when we call. What business, that relies on customers to exist, does not respond within a 24-48 hour window?
We recently went through a main floor renovation and the floors, baseboards and trim were purchased at GTA Flooring. Our salesperson Parm was very knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. It was very difficult to narrow down the floor I wanted because they have such a large selection to choose from. Although the engineered floor sample that we finally fell in love with did not have any knots on it when the floor was delivered and we looked in the boxes the planks did have them. To be honest at first I was upset and called Parm but I still loved the warmth of the colour of the floor. He was very understanding and we agreed that I would put aside any wood planks that had a lot of markings on them and that they would replace them which I did. We did have an issue with the installers, and that’s the only reason why I did not give them 5 stars, but again Parm was able to intervene and couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. Thank you GTA Flooring and especially Parm for helping to make this part of the reno experience as pleasant as possible.
