I bought my mom a membership anytime she has gone they have wet her too bad. They asked her to change her appointment time 3 times. Called to confirm 4 times and asked for a tip as if it’s mandatory. Definitely will not be going back to this location and will be cancelling my membership! I am not a repeat customer and you missed the whole point of the review! Demanding for a tip changing appointment types and setting clients doesn’t provide excellent customer service. You may want to reconsider your response to my original review!
I absolutely love Blow Bar Woodbridge! The girls here are amazing – not only are they so sweet and welcoming, but they always do my hair perfectly every single time. I look forward to my visits twice a month, and with my Blue Membership it’s such a treat to keep my hair looking fresh and flawless. The whole experience is always relaxing, fun, and leaves me feeling my best. Highly recommend!

Just charged me for an appointment, that I had emailed and replied to their text confirmation trying to change when I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong location. I understand the cancellation policy, but this based on booking the wrong location and was still 19 hours before the appointment time, this will have me never go to this location again. No reply back just charged my credit card.
What a brutal experience. I’ve never had such a bad blow dry ever. I waited for an hour and a half to get my hair blow dried and she didn’t know what she was doing or she wasn’t trained right. Unbelievable never coming back.
Not a good experience. Disorganized - they ran late for one of my daughter’s appointments and then had the audacity to say I did not book the appt correctly. I went into the location to discuss my exact needs before and veda said I’d have to call I discussed all my needs with the booking receptionist at the time of booking. She even hung up to confirm with the location they could do what I needed- then called me back to book the appt The stylists didn’t listen. Our curls did not last. I told them several times the straightener curls do not last in our hair- we need the curling iron. They used the flat iron. I asked the to use the curling iron when I realized what they were doing. One Stylist used gold bobby pins in my daughter’s black hair. I had to change them when I came home. I asked for a big Hollywood blowout. I know my hair can handle this- I’ve had it done several times by a blo stylist in the past. But this past experience- I had no volume within 30 mins. It was a complete waste of $230 I think of you want a basic blow out or you have extensions it’ll work for you. But other than that- don’t bother
Always get amazing, fast, punctual blowouts at the King West location. Just had Anastasia for the first time and it may have been the best one yet! Love you guys.
