It was my first time at Define Salon. I got a beautiful bob-style haircut by George. He is a very talented hairdresser. I will be back, for sure. The salon is lovely, as well and all of the staff are welcoming. Excellent!
This review is about Alexia Strangio.. i messaged her on Instagram inquiring about extensions and to book an appointment she would just open the messages and not reply. I go back to the message as im waiting for a reply all day only to find out she blocked me. Such disgusting behavior if you can't be professional and reply to a potential client then you're in the wrong industry!! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere where someone won't leave you on read and block you! Pathetic...
I had a very bad experience at this place. They burned my hair. I can prove it. What a shame and very expensive. They should give me my money back so I don't report them because I'm an older person.
Define Hair Studio is a gorgeous salon and have very kind staff. My stylist, Lama, was amazing and very thoughtful and considerate toward making what I wanted work. Also provided honest suggestions of what would work best with my hair. Very talented! Will definitely go back.
Had such a lovely experience at Define Hair Studio with Beata! I usually come here for quick blow outs with my busy schedule - but I took this Friday afternoon to get a bit of a change to my dark hair. She gave me a beautiful balayage and made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend for her skill and kindness. I’ll definitely be back - maybe even go a bit lighter!! Thank you guys xoxo
Been coming to see George for a while now and love the service soo much! Will only be coming to him from now on! Atmosphere of the salon is nice and receptions staff always welcoming!
