Awful ! Just awful. Though the price seems to be cheaper then most of the neighboring salons the actual skill level is atrocious. The fact that the hair stylist i had and I use that term loosely, could not cut my fine hair one length, about 1 inch off BUT instead gave me a mulet which was crooked is extremely upsetting and disappointing. I would never go back, I felt more embarrassed then she did and I even paid for the service. There seems to be no one who manages the salon and though they may have been there for a long time, the constant staff turn over ,unskilled staff and lack of management is probably what contributes to this awful customer experience
Very nice staff. Took me as a walk in and I wasn't disappointed. Everyone needs to go here as they make you feel like a friend as soon as you walk thru the door. Thank you very much.
THIS SALON IS AMAZING!!!! I love the owner Susan and all her employees, including Ashley. Ashley is one of the best at the style blow drying. I highly recommend this salon and you will not be disappointed.
I love this salon because of how friendly the stylist are. They enjoy having a nice conversation while doing my hair. They are very nice people, and do a very well job with my hair.
I have been going to Maple Hair Salon for over 5 years. I feel like I am at home when I am there. Susan, Sylvia, Joe and Ashley are wonderful. I have had different treatments done and was happy every time. I would highly recommend this warm, friendly and knowledgeable salon to everyone. They have a very happy clientel and have know most of them for years!
WORST SALON EVER....... THE STYLIST THEY HAVE WORKING AT THIS SALON CLEARLY CAN'T DO HAIR. I SAID I WANTED MY HAIR DARK BROWN WITH SOME BLONDE STREAKS SHE MESSED MY HAIR UP SO BAD.. WHEN SHE WASHED THE COLOUR OUT OF MY HAIR IT WAS PURPLE RED AND THE BLONDE WAS ORANGE BECAUSE WHATEVER COLOUR SHE USED LEAKED INTO THE FOILS.. I WAS SO UPSET AS THAT WEEKEND I WAS HAVING PHOTO'S TAKEN FOR MY ENGAGEMENT :"( AND MY HAIR WAS MESSED... SHE THEN SAID OH I CAN FIX IT COME BACK 2MORROW AND WE CAN CORRECT THIS OH WILL THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE ... I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THE OWNER WAS IN AND SHE THEN TRIED TO FIX IT WHAT HER STYLIST DID AND SHE EVEN HAD TO CALL SOMEONE TO FIND OUT HOW TO REMOVE THE RED AND PURPLE (IF YOUR A STYLIST YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW THIS) ANYWAY WHEN THAT COLOUR WAS WASHED OUT NOTHING HAD CHANGED IT STILL LOOKED THE SAME I WAS SO UPSET BECAUSE THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AND NOW MY HAIR LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETE MESS.. HER STYLIST THEN TURNED TO ME AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY WE TRIED TO FIX IT 3 TIMES SO ITS BASICALLY MY PROBLEM (LOL) .. I'VE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST $800.00 ON TRYING TO FIX MY HAIR WITH TREATMENTS AND TRYING TO GET THIS RED AND PURPLE OUT OF MY HAIR AS MY WEDDING IS COMING AND FOR SOME REASON THIS RED WONT COME OUT OF MY HAIR THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A HORRIBLE SITUATION.. I THINK THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLEARLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COLOUR HAIR OR LISTEN TO WHAT THE CLIENT WANTS..
