Hundred percent honest review. They were supposed to fix my Mercedes, I had changed the ignition module because installing a sound system went wrong. I guided him to let him know why the car stopped working he asked me what another company said minimum price was I told him a thousand. He admitted it took him ten minutes to get the car running after he charged me 500$ I told him I didn't care because the car was running. The car was a disaster ignition module was hanging alarm was going off lower dash was removed by me to get the ignition module in eberytbing was left hanging onto the pedals not sure how a certified mechanic think it's safe to release a car like that. Car alarm was going off I had mentioned this he complained to me extra work I told him the issue was not there before. They got the alarm off but while I was driving my lights were flashing on and off. Also when I closed the hood of my car they had left a hose for my coolant in the way they fixed the issue but complained to mw extra work more time. I had a buyer for the car drive the car that first day, than the same day car stopped working. Spent money on tow trucks twice, lost the sale for my car. Messaged the owner numerous times to fix the issue get the car working, asked him to refund me some money he agreed to a hundred sent me nothing. Made numerous efforts to reach out he continuously tried to act like a therapist tell me I'm angry should fix my behaviour, when I have been nothing but respectful, obviously a little agitated about the situation not fun spending all this money nothing working. Did you keep asking for my address in case I left a bad review, I noticed someone tampering with my car hopefully the cameras don't show its you or anyone associated.

He went above & beyond to fix my Audi A5; From sourcing the parts (2014 not easy to find) to putting urgency in the repair. Took care of it from the beginning. Treats his clients like family & makes you feel comfortable leaving your car in professional hands. Not afraid to take on any challenge -- All I saw in his shop was high end Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes & Range Rover. Real class act with very fair pricing.
