We came for a prepurchase inspection today and were very impressed with how thorough and professional they were. They understood that I was an amateur and took the time to point to me key issues with the vehicle, explaining about the maintainance of this model, and provided a hand-written note for me to reference when talking to the dealer of the car--items I should insist on the dealers to repair as part of the purchase. At the end, they charged me less than what they quoted me on the phone and offered a free examination on the listed issues after the dealer made the promised repairs. Really wonderful people. I hope they stay in business for a very long time!
