I had an accident, and the tow truck driver introduced me to this place. I trusted them, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. They gave me a rental car that was damaged and had wheel bearing issues. When I complained, they gave me another car — a very old Toyota Corolla with poor fuel efficiency. I ended up spending a lot of money on gas. When I raised this issue, they told me they couldn’t provide a different vehicle. I waited patiently for them to fix my car, but it took over two months, even though the damage wasn’t extensive. The main guy there was extremely arrogant and would often yell at me for no reason. When I finally got my car back, I went straight to a gas station. As I closed the car door, part of the door handle came off. After I filled up the gas, the car wouldn’t start. I called them, and it took over an hour for them to arrive and give me a battery boost. When I asked about the broken handle, they denied any responsibility and suggested I use superglue to fix it — which was absurd. I also asked about the battery issue, and they told me to go through my insurance again. I took the car directly to a Hyundai service center, where they confirmed the battery was completely dead. When I gave them the car, there were no issues with the battery or handle — they clearly damaged it during the repair period. It also took them over a month to return my $300 rental deposit. This place is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. The management only cares about money, not about their customers or their concerns. I will never go back to this place and would strongly advise others to stay away.
Absolutely fast response! After a long 5000 km journey, Sean and his team helped me with a complete fully inspection. What was originally expected to take a week was amazingly completed in few hours, including brake replacement, oil change, and filter replacement. What surprised me the most was that they even washed my car after finishing the work! Definitely will become a loyal customer.
The team and Sean did an amazing job. I came to swap the tires and they did a full check indicating a few issues that I have to address, super helpful. Also they topped up both oil and coolant. Very quick and high quality work. Will recommend any time!

Service and customer service was excellent. Needed all four of my brakes and rotors replaced. They managed to get all of them done very fast and efficient. Will be coming back for future services and recommending others as well.
