Went there for delivery. Receiving is on the back side starting door 22. They take a while to offload but people are really nice there. Backing up is really hard due to all the skids and stuff in front of the docks.
I went to warehouse on 22 august 2024 at 5.00am as a temp worker. Worked there for 1 hr then the supervisor came for the written test that went on 1 hr. Then i was sent back to the floor with other canditates after 30 minutes. Supervisor cameback told me and other guys to go home.He said we didnt pass the test"lies". Rest aside i didnt paid for any time there. Its been 4 weeks no pay. Policies the management is following will lead to the downfall of this company. Don't give your business to company that cannot even pay people for their time.
If I could, I would give zero stars! I was delayed at the border waiting on customs clearance overnight because of a paperwork problem. I missed my appointment time, but I was told to get there asap. I arrived at 2 pm just when they're received dept closed. I was met by the staff, and I explained why I was late. Showed them proof when I received my ACI to cross. I could have been speaking Klingon as far as they were concerned. They said that the load had to be delivered at the window time as their was a designated storage spot which was now unavailable! They told me to come back two days later for delivery!! Meanwhile, the staff were sitting around doing nothing! My dispatcher managed to talk me out of throwing it off the back of the trailer!! Arrived prompt at 7 am two days later only to be told it would be another 30 minutes as the charger hadn't been put on the forklift. 45 minutes later, a gas-powered forklift starts unloading me. 10 minutes and 7 skids are now off my trailer on the loading bay and not in designated areas!! Maneuvering is tight in a semi as they have goods right in front of the loading docks, so be careful. If possible, avoid like the plague!! They could careless that they are causing you to miss other loads and missing out revenue because they are too ignorant to take 10 minutes to unload you!
