I was standing on the side walk in front of this business after finishing my shift at a neighbouring factory, waiting for my friend to pick me up, when some strange drunk man walked out of this business and said I was looking at the cars in the parking lot suspiciously. Started getting very defensive about one blue SUV in particular which was probably his boyfriends. Very sad and weird man to be running a business this way!

It's too bad that after 20 minutes of waiting there was no one to help me, even though there was only one customer in the store, today I wanted to experience the first shopping experience from this company, which turned out to be the last experience.

Subject: Complaint regarding a recent purchase To the owner I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your store during a recent purchase. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to improve customer satisfaction and ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. Yesterday, I visited your store to purchase a welding valve. The salesperson who attended to me was initially helpful and assisted me in finding a suitable valve. However, upon returning home and inspecting the product, I realized that it was threaded instead of the required type. While this discrepancy was not a major issue, I decided to return to the store to exchange it for the correct valve. Upon requesting an exchange, I was informed by the same salesperson that I could not return the item due to the loss of the receipt and a torn bag. I explicitly stated that I did not seek a refund but merely wanted to exchange the product for the correct one. However, the salesperson responded with impatience, stating that the cost was minimal and questioning whether I intended to make the purchase or not. This attitude was highly unprofessional and discourteous. I explained that if the mistake had been mine, I would have accepted responsibility and proceeded with the purchase. However, in this case, the incorrect item was provided to me by your store. I only wished for a simple exchange, and yet the salesperson abruptly walked away without any further assistance. None of their colleagues made an effort to address the situation, and they seemed disinterested in resolving the matter. Such a dismissive attitude from your staff is truly disconcerting. I am reaching out to you with the hope that this incident can be acknowledged and rectified promptly. The handling of even such a minor issue in such an extreme manner raises concerns about the ongoing attitude and customer service at your store. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and investigate the incident further, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I would appreciate your prompt response regarding this issue. Please provide me with an update on the steps you intend to take to address the situation and rectify the matter. I sincerely hope that your store can maintain a higher standard of service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Despite reading of these reviews, I had the total opposite experience. I actually went in person, inquired about a sump pump. The staff are very informative and helpful.

I had bought a set of ridgid cutter from them a few years ago. Now I've had to replace these cutters about 4-5 times all being the same problem with the spring in the handle of cutters and had no problem doing so. Ridgid does say "LIFE TIME Warranty" now it's nothing but a headache to replace the tool. I won't be spending my money there anymore plus it's cheaper to buy it from Amazon.

If you can think of a part you need, these people have it...or will get it. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, but best to know what your ordering before you go in. They have a clearance table too you can rummage through

5 years ago it was good - now the counter sales barely know anything minus one guy. Inside sales rarely answers you and good luck getting any sort of customer service in store. Would not recommend as a Plumbing supplier anymore. You're better off going to Noble, Desco, Next - they're 5-10 min away.
