This is the slowest supplier in the world. Every time i come here I deal with someone who seems like it’s their first day. I called and waited 20 minutes while i drove to site which was never answered . I walk in and there is 1/2 the guys at the desk not helping anyone. I put an order through for some basic items and have to wait 45 minutes before anyone gets it for me. Terrible service here. They need to hire more people
Absolutely the worst service, and not because of the employees fault. The company has failed to hire more people after expansion of the hvac side. No one picks up the phone. The automated system does not call you back Spend an hour in person getting simple hvac things. Only to find out the have side does not have simple gas tite fittings. Which is hvac. Ridiculous. Start learning your competition. They do a way better job.
Stopped just couple of minutes before closing, got quick help identifying part I needed for leaking shower. Some Moen parts are still free replacement. Thanks Ryan you've been a great help !
Forsure many of the reviews are fabricated on here. The staff is stuck up and rude. They don't believe in answering phone calls for some odd reason. They want you to drive to their location to deal with anything. Sub-par service here and definitely more over priced than the majority of other stores selling similar products.

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable! Great prices to boot!! Highly recommend Noble for plumbing needs. The location I went to was also open 24 hours for your convenience.
Hate this noble branch It was not very busy but it took 1hr for me to even get to the counter. When at the counter was greeted with " what you want " Never liked this location always slow and only the black and Asian guys are knowable and are friendly the rest are idiots and can't get you anything unless you have a part number or they are to lazy to look up the model # that I gave them. I avoid this branch as much as posible.
