I gave him a shop front acrylic sign that took weeks nothing was made at that time and it did not work out, So later I had to switch from acrylic. Then, I requested a PVC LED sign and asked for the renderings. Sam could not do it professionally, and it was disapproved by the property management. I paid him a deposit and asked him to refund he came up with stories.
