I was on here about a week ago complaining about Kal Tire at Yonge nd Elgin Mills location. The guys at that location disappointed me so Hrvoje Cabraja the manager from the Concord Kal Tire location reached out to me assuring me he will get to the bottom of the situations and take care of me. I can tell you this Hrvoje did come through and REALLY took care of me from start to finish. Thank you Hrvoje and your crew at your location for looking into my situations and making everything oknow. Thanks Gary

This place is awesome they are very honest and friendly the whole crew know customer service . If you’re looking for a mechanic shop that puts the customer first definitely visit this kal tire location.

Switched over to Kal tire a few years ago and keep coming back. Always get great service at reasonable prices. Staff is never pushy with additional services. Always a great experience overall!

Had an issue with my rims where it had some chippings from storage. Adrian reached out to me directly and made sure they were fixed and refinished. Safe to say he’s a man of his word! Adrian, I would like to personally apologize for leaving a bad review initially. I appreciate you sir!

Best service very helpful and excellent advice specially I appreciate from Adrian the store manager make me satisfy at the end thank you . Definitely recommend this place to everyone I want to be more appreciative from their service every time I go there they’re Stand behind what ever promised to me and I’m really happy for that I’m going to buy another car soon for my wife and this place will be one of my best place for tires service and I recommend to all don’t miss them ❤️❤️
