Got a set of winter Nokians and wheels for my atlas and the transaction was seamless. Everyone was very kind and accommodating, had to bring the kids with me to the appointment and the entire crew was really awesome and welcoming. We tend to change up our cars often. Glad to of found this shop, will be our “go to” from now on.

I recently purchased a new 2024 VW GLI and winter is here so I wanted to find the best rims and tires for my ride. After multiple efforts to find a place that had something that not only suited my tastes and needs but also was a no fuss direct fitment to my vehicle (without any added fitment parts) I came to Tire Domain to inquire their selection. Every place I went to showed me the same two rims that were direct fit and were only trying to sell me the most expensive options for rims and tires. My fiancée and I came in and Andrei took care of us. He listened to my concerns and needs and gave me all possible options possible (even showing me what he was looking at) he even explained all the tech talk of fitment and what works and what doesn’t, what I need and what I don’t. We told him that we wanted to discuss our options and would contact him to let him know what our decision was. He advocated that he didn’t want us making a decision on the spot and respected that we wanted to take our time. He gave us his card and said he would await our decision. A couple of days later I returned and what made me feel sure of my decision was that he remembered me and my make and model of vehicle and what I was looking for. No place I’ve been to before has taken the time to remember a face or even specs of the vehicle or what was previously discussed. We decided to go ahead with ordering the rims and tires (to which he advocated to be the best with regards to my vehicle and where I would be driving-mix of up north and in the city) A few days later my wheels were in and he had us come in to do a quick fitment test to make sure all was good. Everything was perfect and the wheels looked amazing on my car. So he told us to come in on Monday and make the swap. To my surprise when I showed up, Andrei and one of the mechanics were working on custom VW caps for my new rims. I don’t know anywhere else you could go that would go above and beyond for their customers like that. I’ve already been recommending friends and family to Tire Domain so I’d say you do the same. Also if you’re reading this Andrei, thank you very much for being a solid, straight forward, down to earth guy! -Antonio
