Don't buy any car from them at any cost, they are a fraud dealer, they do not keep their promises and creates fake documents. (Like vehicle inspection) I bought a 2015 model Toyota Corolla 2024Feb from them and transmission broke down within 3 months. i spent 13000 dollars for that car. They will neither pick up your phone nor answer properly after deal done। Again suggestion for everyone don't buy anything any car from them
I was looking at one of their cars and asked the sales rep to send me videos of the car along with more detailed engine bay photos. I was pushed to the side. By No means is this how you should treat potential customers, I was ready to pull the trigger but after seeing how you get treated here. doesn't make sense to purchase with people who do not value your time or care to even send you a video. 1/10 would not purchase here, go look elsewhere
My friend purchased a Honda civic 2020 model from this dealership and after he got his delivery he started getting issues with the car . As soon as he started driving the vehicle he had to get it towed as the engine started heating up . It was a very disappointing transaction done here as well as car quality . When your spending your hard earned money and then have to deal with this kind of issue it’s sad . My friend had to take weeks of work to get all issues resolved and missed his pay as well . I would recommend everyone to check first and make sure everything before making the purchase to avoid hassle . Not good for a dealership this is pretty big in the concord area . Sales men was also denying at first to help get issue fixed .
Bought a car from these guys a couple years ago. They hid a possible frontal collision from me (misaligned front pillars). The day I came to pick my car up, I received horrible and rude service. Steer clear of these scumbags.
