Came to this tire shop solely because of good Google reviews and being close to my home. Never used them before. Asked them to swap tires between 2 sets of summer and winter rims. My worst nightmare is damage on the rims when swapping tires and this is exactly what happened here. All 4 rims have damage from machine that installs the tire. (See photos attached) Came back to see if these guys are willing to make it right in one way or the other and the owner (boss) came out and said he can’t do nothing. If you want your rims damaged like mine, bring your wheels here.
NB tires in Concord - WARNING damaged my 2 pc BBS wheels Friday, November 5, 2021 4:00 PM DO NOT GO TO NB TIRES EVER · Called Tom at NB tires to confirm that I can have tires removed from my RARE 2 pc 19" BBS Montreal Wheels. · I confirmed 3 times with him via text and conversation that I do not want any marks on the wheels, especially in the barrel with tire machines create the bite marks. In addition, I told him it needed to be reversed dismounted. Tom's says yeah no problem, we have the plastic guiders to ensure no marks. Should have saw the red flags when I dropped them off: · So I dropped them off at 1220pm…stacked with cardboard between each wheel. I get a text back at 1:34pm saying it was done. So clearly they didn’t take a lot of time to remove. · When I arrived to pick up, of course there are 2 damaged rims / chrome trims. I'm sure they hoped that I wouldn’t notice but given that they attempted to hammer the trim back down, that made it more obvious · NB response: - "it was like that before" "Oh trim was coming off" "I didn't do those ones" · He pretends he'll pay for the repair to get me to leave…. "Yeah yeah go to “unnamed rim repair shop” and get an estimate" -after sourcing a replacement ring he sends me a disclaimer that they are not responsible for damage posted on his wall see pic

Got a great deal on my new winter rims and tires, better than any deals in my area and very nice fast rims. Very friendly and fast service from the guys there, and I'm still shocked how much they fit into their shop there. If you're looking for nice aftermarket rims that won't completely empty the bank account come here.

I switched from all seasons to winters on my Mercedes Benz CLA250 at NB Tires. Also changed from 18 to 17 inch rims. I called several places and NB Tires seemed most legit and fairly priced and I'm now glad I chose them. Everything was very smooth, from order, to deposit, to install, very timely. Made it right before the first snow storm. Professional quality product and service. Much smarter to get tires and rims here than places like Costco.
