Saturday November 29 was a cold day when Consumer Direct installers Sina, Sardar and Sana arrived to replace 9 windows in our house and garage. These gentlemen were professional, courteous, and respectful. They quickly made sure to put runners down from the front door to all rooms that had windows to be replaced. They were very conscious making sure that no gaps or spaces were left and spray foamed, all capping was was properly installed when installing all windows , and then that everything was properly cleaned up. They then took the time to ensure that we clearly understood how all windows operated and things we should be aware and careful of when operating the windows. These are the kind of people you want representing your company, especially for the final steps of installing your company’s products in your clients homes. Thank you Sina, Sardar and Sana
From the very beginning with Michelle to the end with the installation everything was great. Everyone who came to the house was professional and friendly. The installers were fantastic and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to tell friends and family about Consumer Direct Windows.
Our contact person Kristian Garfield was amazing. He listened what we wanted and based on that gave recommendations which changed our whole plan. We were originally planning to go with white windows, but based on his suggestion changed the exterior colour to black. The end result looks amazing! He also patiently did multiple quote versions for us when we were finalizing the details of our plan. Kristian helped us to understand how we can apply Enbridge rebate and Canada Greener Homes loan which were used to finance our exterior doors and windows. They also offered handy 0% interest short term loan which bridged the finance when waiting for the government loan to arrive for our bank account. The guy taking measures was lovely and patiently answered our questions. And the two guys doing installation were fabulous. They did very detailed work ensuring the end result was absolutely amazing. They were very respectful towards the house the whole time, protected floors and cleaned well after them. The overall experience was very positive. We would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors (and Kristian!) and will definitely use them in the future if any door or window needs come.
Salesman David was very professional and knowledgeable of his product, price was very reasonable for our windows. Installation was was very professionally done and Elia and Alex were very knowledgeable and when work was completed they made sure all was cleaned. We will certainly go with Consumers Direct next spring to do the rest of our windows. I highly recommend this company. Dan M
