From consultation to installation, the entire process was stress-free. If you're thinking about new windows or doors, Welda is a great choice.
They dont keep appointments. It is an inconenience if you take time off work. I will not recommend this company to anyone. This is why I don't like any contractor affiliated with Home Stars. Waste of time. If this is hoe their service is on the phone I don't even want to know or see the craftsmanship if any. Thank you
They are the worst . This job was scheduled for two days to complete . They never showed up at my house until 11 am . They had the front entrance and two small windows to install . Only one guy shows up to do this job . He managed to install the front entrance door , not completed or square . So disappointed . Then he tells me that the windows won't be ready for tomorrow . Mean while I had booked both days off to get this done . Now they got to come back another day . Unbelievable . This company is a joke . Totally disappointed .
If you are looking for Windows "Don;t use this company" untrusted stating with the sale rep "Jimmy" . Credit to be given to the installer but management BAD, terrible, lies and even with HomeTrust they are using
Visted the showroom this Saturday. Asked about their doors and windows, but the little guy only gave me his opinions and couldn't answer any real questions. Even told I would not be their customer, because of whom I've bought windows from. Little guy, with a huge ego and even bigger Napoleon complex.
