Got windows installed in 2023. They are crank opening windows and the mechanism is extremely poorly designed for our long winters. The rep guy presented them as very innovative and working great however as soon as the winter hits, if you try opening them to get fresh air they won't open and you can not force them to open, very disappointed.

I had a couple of basement windows replaced and one window cut bigger as an emergency exit in November. It wasn’t until March when there was a huge rainstorm and we woke up to a flood in the basement. I have phoned multiple times and have spoken to Tammy and Dobby (not sure of his name) I am constantly told that Roman (he cut the wall) would call me back and up until now all I hear is “ crickets”!!!!! Disgusting! I was not able to send a picture of the flood but I did send a pic of the window because there was a brown water stain and I was told that it was because “it wasn’t cleaned”. Like that would cause the flood.
Euro Choice was the only company I could find after hurricane Milton that could measure and install a balcony door for my 16th floor condo before the end of the year 2024. I dealt with Igor by phone and text and never met him in person. He called me as soon as I requested information from the website. He worked with my HOA and secured necessary permits. I have not seen the door myself, but my realtor said the door looks and works great and it passed inspection. I am very pleased with the transaction!
The whole process, from getting a quote to applying finishing touches was smooth and painless. Everyone involved was incredibly friendly and respectful, and the results are better than I had hoped for. We had all windows plus the front door replaced. Many of the windows required custom sizing, and they did an amazing job with that. We're looking forward to less drafty winters!
We had Euro Choice windows come and give us a quote for 7 windows. The salesman made his measurements and gave us his quote. For his part I would give him 4.5 stars, the .5 star deduction was due to bringing in a dirty window sample. There was some more questions that came up afterwards and the salesman replied back with no issues. This is now why I will rate them as a 1 star. I received a phone call from what I believe was the owner of the company. He asked what will it take to get the order. I told him that we are still in the process of getting quotes and would likely do the windows after we have done our other renovations. He was very insistent that we should do them before the reno starts and at this point it was almost a shouting match. He would not listen to my reasoning as to why so the call was ended. This should not have gotten to this point nor should the owner have gotten involved, that is why there are sales people who should be the only point of contact with the company. I do not take kindly to being bullied and because of that they have lost my business.
