I was shocked at how easy it was to get all our windows replaced! I've heard so many horror stories from friends and family over the years, so I thought the process would be painful and expensive. I was so happy that Euroseal made it so easy! They were a delight to work with and the windows look great! I'll be passing their name on to others for sure.
Unfortunately, our house was broken into and the criminals damaged our living room window. We called Euroseal windows after getting a recommendation from a friend, and we’re so glad we did. They arrived quickly, gave us all the info and guidance we needed, and fixed the issue promptly. We were already very stressed about the break-in, so it was great that they worked so efficiently. It was very calming and we really appreciate it.
Euroseal was very helpful at every step of the way. We had four doors replaced in our home and the team was very easy to work with and kind and polite. They provided lots of options and examples for us to choose from, made sure we knew the pros and cons of each one, and then let us decide for ourselves. The doors all look and function great and I am very happy with the work they did. They cleaned up the job site like no one was ever there. Thank you!
One thing I really appreciated about Euro seal Windows is their kindness and professionalism. They not only respected me as a person, but also my home. I had a few other companies come in to do quotes and so many of them were rude and pushy. The installers treated our home with respect at every step. I was happy to give them my business. The work was top notch, they used care when they were in my house, and cleaned up everything afterward. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for new windows and doors
My husband and I have been thinking about replacing our front and rear doors for a long time, but the project always seemed a bit overwhelming for two people who know basically nothing about the process. Thankfully we found Euroseal Windows. They were patient, polite, and informative at every step. They never pressured us and we never felt like they were trying to upsell anything. Instead, they gave us the information we needed and helped with the design of the doors so that we would get exactly what we were looking for, plus they answered all of our questions, and did great work
We moved into our new home last December, one of the perks were the windows had a lifetime transferable warranty from euroseal. Over the three months that followed our move, some of the windows just downright broke. Finally in March we got in touch, they said because they’re in Toronto they need so many people in our town with “problems” in order to come down, so they will call us and book an appointment. April, May, June, July, August, nothing. September rolls around we finally call them back, and after feeding us some lame excuses, they said when their guy is in town, he’ll call us. September ends and then early this month we get a call - they said they’d be here “Sometime on October 24” and as per usual - no show. We call them back in a fury, they laughed it off and said “We’ll be out October 31.” Well... it’s October 31 and we’re still waiting. It’s been 7 months of waiting and we’re sick and tired of it. So unprofessional. It’s a lifetime warranty alright, but the lifetime is you waiting for them to fix your windows. They should change their name from euroseal to eurotrash. We’re NEVER going to be recommending them.
Awesome company. They stand behind their excellent products. Had an issue with 1 window 11 years after installation!. No problem, they honored their amazing warranty and replaced the defective window, no charge. Great company, recommend for sure.
