Used CCRC for the 2nd time, very professional service and the quality of work is amazing. There painter is one of best I have seen ever. One of the owners ash super nice guy and very helpful. Highly recommend these guys for both regular and high end cars.

Came here after an accident and initially had a decent experience — the front desk staff and the repair shop they work with were polite and helpful. However, stay far away from the rental side, specifically a woman named Pegah. First, I was given a rental car with no windshield washer fluid, which is basic safety. Then she attempted to charge me for someone else’s border-crossing fee, which had absolutely nothing to do with me she was convinced that it was me. Her attitude during both pickup and drop-off was extremely unpleasant — very dismissive, condescending, and carried a strong “I’m better than you” tone. When I returned the car, she charged me $10 for gas even though the tank was only missing a tiny amount. On top of that, she is withholding my deposit for a full month, which is unreasonable. She also told me verbally that if my car wasn’t repaired yet, it would be fine to return the rental a few days later. Now that my car is still not fixed, she is threatening to charge me for an extended rental period, directly contradicting what she previously told me. Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience during an already difficult time after an accident. I will not be renting here again under any circumstances, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
Absolutely the best expereince I have ever had with auto collision repair center as i have been to many of them for past 44 years, these guys are real professional at what they do. qulity of their work is like you just bought the car brand new from the dealership. I had an accident with a deer on leslie street and my front and hood was destroyed but these guys made like brand new again. extremely happy with service we got from Helia and the crew. if i could give them 10 star or higher i would. thanks so much for great job and delivering my car before it was promised . Warning to consumers: I experienced false claims of mechanical damage, refusal to release my vehicle, and significant fees charged despite no repair work being performed. A manufacturer-certified Nissan dealership later inspected my vehicle and confirmed there was no mechanical or fuel-line damage. Be cautious about signing documents on the spot and ensure you fully understand any agreements before signing.
My car took over two months to get fixed. I was lied to on several occasions and every time I call no one seem to know what was going on with my car. I learned the hard way that You should always go with a reputable auto body shop. My experience has been nothing less than a nightmare. My advice is stay away. I’ve had a lot of experience with autobody shops and never dealt with anything like this. I guess sometimes you have to learn the hard way. But hopefully my review saves someone with the headache and drama that I’ve been dealing with.
