Went to toronto on vacation and unfortunately hit our bumper on the way to canada's wonderland. Assuming the day was ruined, we went to vaughan fine touch auto collision. They assured us that they could fix it in a few hours and even drove us to Wonderland! Went above and beyond doing beautiful work for an amazing price.
After keeping me waiting for almost 3 months to get a minor mechanical issue resolved Fine Touch was either never committed or simply unable to fix the problem. Unfortunately the car now needs to undergo extensive repairs to undo all the additional damage caused due to their lack of care and competency. On top of all the time lost of not having the use of my car I had to pay them a ton of money for a botched up job just to get the car out of there. I wish I had looked much more closely at all their reviews to see what they are actually capable of. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any auto repair shop.
After reading the other poor reviews I too am unhappy with this place so I’ll also state I’d like to give them 0 stars. I’ll say that the car that was purchased (my daughter)was taken to a different mechanic as it needed work that should have been done by this shop. We had to take it elsewhere because Jonathon doesn’t either answer calls or return calls or messages.
Olivia and the group at Fine Touch Auto were fabulous to work with. We live a long way away and they worked with us to get the logistics sorted out in the most convenient way possible. 5 stars!
Got a scratch on the fender of a brand new 2023 car -- Came in for a quote and instead of what I thought was going to be a lengthy and expensive repair, Rocco sanded, painted and polished it on the spot. He was done in 20 minutes and what he charged me was extremely fair for the professional finish. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place sooner!
Brought in my Golf after it was involved in a minor accident. After asking around in the area for a few quotes for my repairs, not only were they priced the most reasonably with the quickest timeline, but everyone at Vaughan Fine Touch was straight up with me the whole way about everything, providing quality work and coming through on everything promised. They even went so far to do a bit of interior cleaning on my car which was unexpected. Would definitely return in the future for any body work that I might need and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone asking.
