I had a minor accident to my Toyota Highlander and was directed by my insurance to North Seven Auto. They took great care of my vehicle and even helped solving minor issue when I came back later (not directly related to the accident). Very friendly and professional.
Last year I changed my door here. They broke the automatic lock of the door and did not fix it. They are not polite to customers at all. Their work is terrible.
I have dealt with Lui, his wife and staff for the last 5-7 yrs. My family and extended family as well. The professionalis and kindness his staff give is far and above. The fairness and willingness to help his clients in anyway is extremely impressive. The quality of his work, detail to attention, honesty and transparency is what he stands by. I would highly recommend North Seven for mechanical and body work, thank you to Lui and staff for doing amazing and honest work.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! They worked with my sister’s insurance during her accident in 2019 and their work was phenomenal, I got a scratch on my car recently and knew right away that they would do a great job - which they did! I never had such great customer service from anywhere before, they were all really kind and understanding, and took their time helping me out. Henry and the staff are doing a great job. I had two experiences with them and both were very smooth and professional. First time in 2018 I had my car body repair after collision. Second time, this August my husband had a broken windshield on his FJ Cruiser and found a contractor who fixed it on our driveway. They made a poor job and we bring the car to North Seven Auto for fixing. Now the car looks like new. Next time if any issue, we will go straight to Henry. I recommend this place to everyone.
