Phenomenal place . The staff is always great and know their stuff! Been going here for a decade now if not longer and always does good job . The labors cover every nook and cranny with oil and the lady at the front desk is awesome and friendly ! Love the dogs as well ! Great shop
Unfortunately my second annual rust proof didn't end well. The staff was careless this year when moving the hoses and pulled the hose against my back bumper because they didnt go around the lift. I took pictures while my car was still on the lift. See black spots on the left and right side of the bumper. Paul tried to help by using polish on the affected spots which helped partially hide the scratch but unfortunately the scratches will permanently be there. Not impressed.
Paul, Holly and the crew at Krown Rust Proofing Concord are awesomely the best. I've been coming to this location for probably as long as they've first opened. Never a disappointment. Great service, great workmanship, and great care to all of my vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my rust proofing service. Been going here for a while now. It was always a good experience. This time not so much! I asked to have my car not washed as I keep the paint immaculate ( it's a black car and the paint is soft ) well now I can see the brush marks all over the body panels from the wash. Also I should have checked everything when I was there but I didn't, when I got home I noticed there was body panel plugs on the rear. I checked and checked, yup they forgot to put them back.
