Purchased a new bathroom vanity and mirror here and I am very happy with it. The quality was great and the price was very reasonable. Sean was superb, very friendly and helpful with any questions. Would definitely recommend them!
We purchase alot of building materials in various stores and this one must be the worst one we have encountered thus far. Please do yourself a favour and save the headache by avoiding these guys. They will take your money, give you broken products and not take ownership in addressing any issues! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE 5 STAR COMMENTS HERE MUST BE FROM THEIR RELATIVES!
I would give these guys a zerro if I could but unfortunately that isn't possible. They sold me 3 toilets 2140 model where one of them came faulty from the manufacturer. It was missing the 2 bottom bolt holes. I returned it within 3 weeks when time permitted me to do so and the old man that works there refused to replace it saying I did something to the toilet. What could anyone do to a toilet that is missing the drilled from factory holes? Everything else is in perfect condition but this is a defect. These guys are liars and won't do any replacements for manufacturer faults. I am disgusted with this service and would not recommend anyone buy anything from them! They should not be in business as they are dishonest!
Needed a vanity quickly and they came through with it on time so was very pleased. BUT…. Unfortunately the faucet they sold me made no sense with their vanity as it was too short based on where they cut the install hole but they refused a refund bc we installed it……but they sold us both. Buyer be aware
Overall a great experience and we are very pleased with our purchases! We bought 3 vanities from here, with 1 fully custom sized with custom quartz top. There was some initial miscommunication on both sides perhaps but the owner Shawn was super helpful and we worked it all out ending up with what we needed. Its at moments like this when you need a resolution that Shawn shined through, combine that with a great selection of vanities and within budget - you have a 5/5 store. Thank you!
